Our past shapes our future.

Today is the first day of my sophomore year. ‘Greatttt~~’

Well the first class is ‘counselling in different context’. It was fine but one thing I like about that is what the lecturer has said:

“The past shapes our future. We’re what we’re now because of what we’ve experienced.”

This is exactly what I thought most of the time. And what we’re now, our very existence built on what we’ve experienced,  it’s the accumulation of my experiences in life. Image

I’ve got this sankofa brass necklace from Ghana, constantly reminds me of the wisdom of learning.

Positive reversion.

Remember the past. That’s why I’ve been writing blogs, to remember and preserve the present, for the future.
